Rockline Plant Expansion and Alterations

Sheboygan, WI

Rockline industries is one of the world’s largest global producers of consumer products specializing in wet wipes and coffee filters.

For this project A Chappa Construction was selected to do a plant expansion in order to expand their warehouse and to accommodate new employee locker rooms and lunch room. The project consisted of shoring up the existing building installing new footings, foundations, masonry walls, and steel columns.  In addition to the construction itself, there were very strict sanitary policies that needed to be followed. Training and attention to detail was of the utmost importance in order to ensure no part of the project disrupted any of Rockline’s daily operations.

The 6000 SF addition was completed in three strategic phases in order to ensure daily manufacturing operations were not to be disturbed.
